Why I not prefer guest photographer?

Firstly, I don’t know what the guest will do during their shooting, where is their shooting location?
Sometime too close to our crew and no space for us to get movement;
Sometime they just suddenly block my shooting angle;
Sometime they might following the client or too close to the client,
These uncertainty always make me crazy. The solution for us:
Avoid the guest to do so, and let them know that not too close to our crew and also the client.
By the way, they still the guest of the client, so we can’t “DO” too much to them.
